I post at SearchCommander.com now, and this post was published 18 years 3 months 12 days ago. This industry changes FAST, so blindly following the advice here *may not* be a good idea! If you're at all unsure, feel free to hit me up on Twitter and ask.
I am proud to be affiliated with a recently formed new group made up of Portland’s top search marketers.
Our goal is to increase the visibility of Portland Oregon as a search engine marketing industry hub, and to educate Portland’s business community about search engine marketing.
We’re currently in the process of getting our legal ducks in a row, and hope to start sharing more information soon.
There’s a rumor (okay, I’m starting it here) that our first public event will be a sort of “Hot Seat” where business owners can have their websites critiqued by a panel of experts. Now you may not have to travel to Pubcon or SES to get expert advice about your site!
If you get a minute, check out the Search Engine Marketing Portland website at SEMPortland.com and signn up to be notified.
