Sure it was of little real value anyway, but still easy for the layperson to use. Has Yahoo finally discontinued the Overture Keyword tool completely?
Accoding to DM News, and others, the tool has been dying a slow death for a while, and that’s true, but now I notice that the tool has been down for a few days altogether.
If that’s the fact, then someone should notify the designers at Yahoo Search marketing who are still linking to the tool from their pages as of this moment.
I noticed the tool was gone while doing some research inside my Nichebot account. That’s where I go now for nearly all of my keyword needs.
Of course I still have a Wordtracker membership, but I became an affiliate for Nichebot quite a while ago, and I can’t tell you how much easier it’s made keyword research.
Nichebot is a complete keyword research system and management center that rolls up all of the features of the other services and packages them under one interface.
They offer a $1 Free Trial to start out, and it’s guaranteed. Watch the training videos first if you’re not impatient, or dive right in if you’re not.
Either way, a couple of weeks at Nichebot and you won’t ever look at keyword research the same again.
