What always happens immediately after a Google link update? A Google Page Rank (toolbar)update, that’s what!
The bad news for me is that for the second time in a row, my original domain pdxtc.com has taken a hit. The good news though is that I’ve checked a few clients sites, and all seven I checked have gone up. Hmm…
This is despite the fact that I have more inbound links than I’ve ever had, more authoritative links from other trusted sites than I have ever had, and more content and fresh pages than I’ve ever had before too.
With the May PR update, I dropped from a 5 to a 4, and at this moment, I’m sitting at a 3 on my homepage. Well doesn’t that stink?
I’m sure glad I don’t have to be the one to explain to ME why my page rank keeps dropping, because I don’t @#$%@#ing know.
Actually, the Google PR update must be happening right now, because after reloading my home page, I dropped to a zero and then back up to a 4 again. Gee I can hardly wait until morning…
*** update in morning – Something was happenning, but all is back to normal. Maybe it was just a preview of things to come Monday, because my link counts are updated again (lower), my PR is back to same (4) and all the client PR has returned to previous ranking too.
In other words… never mind this post π
Hi Scott
I checked your site via prcheckingtool.com (a nice piece, fast).
i have seen changes in my PR and its is true to say that the google system is now updating, at http://www.googlebugs.com there are results and stats that show this has happened.
thanks

I am looking for a tool which can show domain using ip address………
please let me know if you know like that….
You can simply ping the domain name from a command prompt to see the IP address in use – But if you want a good tool for getting that and a lot more, look at SEO for Firefox or SEO Quake – both FF plugins.
